ECCRS is still in its test phase and the 1 October 2015 migration date is being postponed as we continue to test the technological infrastructure and incorporate critical Unit feedback.

At this time we are asking all Units to proceed as normal in regards to the creation of the Command Chronology, using the reporting periods included in MARADMIN 509/14.

Further updates in regards to ECCRS will be published on this site. Once a final determination is made concerning the viability and sustainability of ECCRS another MARADMIN will be released defining further requirements and outlining compliance.
